Lighter Weeks

Fewer chores. Nothing forgotten.

Your week has a lot of admin in it. Most of it isn’t yours to do.

I run my household on a set of AI agents: the inbox, the calendar, the renewals, the Sunday reset. No code, no apps, nothing to install. This is what I actually use, written for people who don’t want to learn any of it.

Start with the morning brief

One agent, set up once, about fifteen minutes. Every morning it reads your calendar and your inbox and tells you four things:

Today
What’s actually on, and only the ones with a problem: no travel time, no gap, no link, no reply.
Needs me today
The emails where a person is genuinely waiting on you. Five at most. Never a newsletter.
Coming up
The things in the next week that need doing before they arrive.
One thing
The single item worth doing first, or an honest “it’s a quiet day.”

It works on a free Claude account. There’s no card and no trial.

One email with the setup guide. Then roughly one a week, and you can leave whenever you want.

Then the rest of the week

The brief handles your mornings. The Lighter Weeks Kit handles the parts that eat whole afternoons:

It’s being finished now. Everyone on the list gets it first, at a lower price than it launches at.

Who’s writing this

A software engineer with four kids, a full-time job and too much paperwork. I built this because the alternative was losing every evening to admin. I post what works and what didn’t, with real numbers, at @lighterweeks.

No course, no coaching, no passive income. Just the setup.
